DRAFT MINUTE
MINUTE OF AGM HELD 14th May 2015 AT INCHTURE VILLAGE HALL
PRESENT Mr D Henderson, Mr T Woodford, Ms L McFarlane,
Mrs C Allan, Mr S Kelly-Barton, Mr G McKinlay
APOLOGIES Ms A Ramsay, Mr P Henderson,

MINUTE OF PREVIOUS AGM
The minute was accepted and was proposed by Mr D Henderson and seconded by Ms L McFarlane.
CHAIRMANS REPORT
A copy of the chairman’s report was distributed to all present and will be printed in the Inchture News Letter and on the Community Council website. A brief discussion took place on some of the issues covered in the report.
TREASURERS REPORT
A copy of the accounts was available for all present. These will also be put into the newsletter and the website.
CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP
The Chairman welcomed Mr Alasdair Bailey and Mr Brodie Bird, who were co-opted to the Community Council. There are now no vacancies on the Council.
ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
Chairperson Mr D Henderson was proposed by Ms L McFarlane and seconded by Mrs C Allan. Mr D Henderson accepted the nomination and was duly elected.
Vice Chair Mrs C Allan was proposed by Mr T Woodford and seconded by Ms L McFarlane. Mrs C Allan accepted the nomination and was duly elected.
Secretary Mr A Bailey was proposed by Ms L McFarlane and seconded by Mr S Kelly-Barton. Mr A Bailey accepted the nomination and was duly elected.
Treasurer Ms L McFarlane was proposed by Mrs C Allan and seconded by Mr T Woodford. Ms L McFarlane accepted the nomination and was duly elected
