Carse Road which appeared to be coming from a
burn.
The

A
member of the public informed the meeting that there is a lay-by at Dunsinane
which has been closed. When he approached P&K council to ask the reason for
this, he was told that this was never an official lay-by. At the official
lay-by there is only space for 2 cars and cars have now started parking on the
main road and are causing a danger situation. It was asked if the unofficial
lay-by could be re-opened. Cllr Roberts is to pursue this.

There
was no further news on the removal of the lighting at Inchcoonans.
The
entry roads onto the A90 at both Glendoick and Kinfauns were on bends and were
a contradiction of the reason given for the refusal of the exit from Moncur
Farm directly onto the same road.

to ensure that the bus stops here.
Bus
drivers have been seen cutting the corners on the flyover at Inchture.
